This agreement sets forth the guidelines and conditions that apply when accessing the websites MortgageSuccess.Com,  ADManager and other sites owned and operated by Mortgage Success Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated web sites. You may choose not to participate if you do not agree with the above terms and conditions and our privacy policy located at http://www.mortgagesuccess.com/index-6.php.

Linking to our Websites

You are welcome and encouraged to link from your Web site to any of the Mortgage Success Websites. While you are not required to notify the Mortgage Success that you are providing a link to the Mortgage Success Web site or sites, (MSW) please consider e-mailing us (linksupport@mortgagesuccess.com) when you create the link; we are interested in the types of sites that link to the Mortgage Success.

The Internet lacks inherent security, therefore, Mortgage Success does not guarantee that downloads from Advertisers, Affiliates, and Third Party Websites will not contain a virus or other destructive devise. Mortgage Success shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may be caused to any equipment and other software due to any viruses, defects or malfunctions in connection with access or use of this Website.

Published Rates from Advertisers. All Quotes, Interest Rates, Loan Programs, APR, Payment and other various data associated with product pricing and delivery is provided and displayed to the consumer from various advertisers who pay to advertise with the Mortgage Success Network websites. Mortgage Success does not guarantee, represent or endorse any specific advertiser or advertisement. It is the web site visitors’ sole responsibility to verify all information is correct with the advertiser. 

Security and SSL Forms. This site contains a Secure Cert SSL 128 BIT Encryption to secure the transfer of any data related to sensitive login information including account login to the ADmanager. 

E-mail and Other Requests Online. E-mail messages that you send to us may not be secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not send any confidential information to us via e-mail. If you decide to send any information, confidential or otherwise, to us through e-mail, you accept the risk that such information may be intercepted by third parties.

Limitation of Liability. MORTGAGE SUCCESS AND ANY OTHER MORTGAGE SUCCESS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL MORTGAGE SUCCESS'S OR ANY OTHER MORTGAGE SUCCESS AFFILIATES AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ADVERTISER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AGGREGATE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY ADVERTISER TO MORTGAGE SUCCESS DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Web Site Visitors will defend, indemnify and hold Mortgage Success and all of their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless, from and against any and all claims, costs, losses, damages, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or alleged to arise out of, or in connection with Mortgage Success's display of an Advertisement, including without limitation, use of the Targets, as well as any breach or alleged breach by Advertiser of its representations, warranties, and/or obligations pursuant to this Agreement. The Mortgage Success Affiliates are intended third party beneficiaries to the indemnification obligations of Site user to Mortgage Success
